when an extension is given, it's a mutual agreement between the judge and both duelists,

cause I could be a dick and say "wait a minute, I made sure my sig was on time, and he didn't bother to have it on time" or "I would have made my sig better if I had more time to make it" or "he only won cause he had extra time to make it"
