Has Monarch ever fought any TPers at the same level (or higher) than Onslaught?

My memory of that Crisis event is hazy, but I don't think he has ever fought X-Man level opponent 1-on-1, iirc.

So it's impossible to gauge how strong his resistance to TP is.

If this was a slugfest, Monarch would definitely win.
With all abilities, I am having my doubts.
