3. Probably Galen. Sadly. Though Anakin might pull it off if he gets in close.

Didn't I just make a thread about this. But then again mines was ROTS pre-suit Vader vs. Galen Marek

I do have to agree, but I'd call it 50/50 for the All out.

When does Anakin at any point during ROTS get ragdolled/electrocuted/pwned with the Force?

Well, Count Dooku knocks him aside with a Force-assisted back kick and the Force-push-war between him and Obi-Wan is sufficient enough to hurl them both in opposite directions, across the room.

Force-Assisted kick isn't the same as a pure Force manuever. And the Obi-Wan stalemate thing was as Vader...under mentally draining conditions.
