Superman/Gladiator vs. Thor/Stardust

Fight takes place on Earth but there are no innocent people or animals on the planet currently so they can fight as they please.
Current versions of all characters. Least I'm pretty sure they're all alive right now. Ah well.

Stardust is probably the weak link, but considering team one can't hurt her to exploit that...team two wins.

Glads and Supes have enough problems putting down Stardust as it is, adding Odinforce Thor is downright spite.

Team 2 in a CURBSTOMP, Superman is USELESS to gladiator and one magic strike from thor and that USELESS dead weight puts gladiator in a two on one battle.... If i was gladiator, i would kick USELESSMAN off my team and get someone else.... I just had to do this...LOL.

As for the Skrull, she was not able to hurt him, how was he pwned?
