Aging Rocky beats him in a street fight. But maybe only barely.

Ancient Rocky nearly gives Dixon an ass whipping. Dixon is overrated.

What? Dixon was rocking Rocky until he broke his weapon (his hand). I think this fight is a black and white match of the same character. Dixon and Gunn seem to be the same cocky stereotype to me. I could really care who wins and why. They are both despicable characters that lack character.

Tommy had more character than Clobber or Ivan... They were just assholes and nothing more.
Tommy was basically Rocky Version 2.0; showing how Rocky could have been turned to the Dark Side if you will. He didn't start off as a bad guy.
