I don't think Keiko is stupid, she did a lot of smart things considering her position. Shinji, Hojo, and Kagome, definitely. Anyone who's ever got pissed off because "you scratched my beautiful face". The entire Keroro Platoon, but I love them for it. Yakumo of 3x3 eyes before he became badass in the sequel. Renton was a fool, but he was a fool for love. Nina from Gundam 0083 makes me sick. Kira Yamato for being so easily manipulated and plainly ignorant. Team Rocket.

Shin is by far the most annoying character I've seen in anime. And you people call Naruto annoying? At least the knuckle headed ninja doesnt do something stupid like the ass dance. Oh god the horror...
