Team 2. MM gives team 2 a big advantage. He actually was pwning BA with TP for a while. He could probably Hold all three until Diana wraps BA up the lasso and ask him what is the name of the wizard that gives him his power.

She might be more skilled...but physically stronger im not so sure. MM could always use TP and intangibility to escape her, and her combat speed doesn't seem beyond anything he is capable of.

In that case, I'd say he takes her. His durability is great and he has impressive striking power along with some competent MA skill that had superwoman intrigued. He isn' her peer in MA skill but his overall higher stats and competent MA would secure the victory over her.

I don't doubt the omac files...although I would take them as a "light"esstimate of power like marvel.com bio's. However MM's punches have had more effect on more powerful foes then Diana has, going by on-panel feats it seems he has higher stats.
