Dooku killing her would be cool. Could explain the intense amount of hatred Anakin displays towards him in LoE, for example (he does, right?)
Sidious kills her? Awesome. Won't make any sense, too, but if we're ignoring any segments of sense, let Sidious own her with a lightsaber. Enough of "Sidious kills people with lightning", and besides, we've never seen him rock a lightsaber in a sufficiently awesome manner. Yoda vs. Sidious was too brief, Mace vs. Sidious was "Ian McDiarmid trying to look evil while fighting in an extremely lame manner", and Dark Empire's art is horrendous.
Edit- Yeah, this thread is worthy of a nice, big "LOL".

And it wouldn't have to be personal. He could have her captured and executed or something.
Speculation:
Spoiler:
According to James Luceno's new book, Millennium Falcon (set two years after the death of Jacen Solo), Han, Leia, and Allana find a mysterious device that is connected to a failed plot to assassinate or overthrow Palpatine during the CIS/Republic uprising. Ahsoka might be involved.

Naw, I'd prefer your original idea. Just imagine Ashoka Tano inside TFU game, being completely reduced to ashes by Starkiller. Sounds nice, huh?
Ashes = not nearly gruesome enough. Still, Starkiller owning her would make perfect sense, actually. Ideal irony. S'pecially if Vader finds out her kills her and proceeds to beat his shit up, and Starkiller still has no idea why. I would like that.

Good point.
Going with Gideon's previous idea, maybe she somehow discovers Palpatine is Sidious and attempts to assassinate him. Sidious, of course, foils her attempt while disguising himself as an helpless old man and proceeds to have her imprisoned- maybe even executed- for treason and attempted murder? Could, perhaps, be why Skywalker refuses to think of her. Could strengthen his ties to the Chancellor and loosen his ties to the Jedi. Lots of potential.
