A confident Gladiator takes this for the majority. Too much pwnage in too many areas for Diana to take this consistently.

I havnt seen travel feats from her at 100 times FTL or planet move/busting power. He has exceptional MA ability and I don't view WW as a peak herald.

She's managed to Hurt Team busters including Amazo twice, Konvict, and even pwned herc who managed to bust superman's nose with one move. Somewhere between peak herald and mid herald? Killing demonic rulers and blitzing Gods. Wondy has traveled intot he speed force on her own power. And tagged Zoom and flash with her also. her shield is better than anyone's in the peak herald catagory. none of them hold a candle to her defensive power. none of them can break her lasso's hold. so. Um yeah. She's something. A woman. are there any women in the peak tier listing?

Im not doubting her power, she is a exception herald level character but Glads at his peak was moving planets and even busting them with 3 punches. 100 times FTL doesnt hurt either...plus the guy has good MA skill. Base supes is better then Glads and even though WW does approach Clarks base....Glads still has the advantage in stats.

Confident glads>base supes. Sun amp supes probably (yep and I said probably) equal a confident glads.
