Namor vs Punisher and Bullseye

Punisher and Bullseye get to fully equip themselves with anything they can get access to.

Fight takes place in NYC.

no way.

namor is so past bullet proof it's not even funny. and he's fought johnny and jim before and resisted there flames.

i'm gonna have to get "the list". just a little list of accomplishments of namor's that i can state off the top of my head:

NAMOR

stalemated the hulk at least 14 times
stalemated thor at least 2(5 times actually)
stalemated black bolt twice
stalemated hercules like 4 times
stalemated silver surfer twice(circumstancial, but still impressive)
beat and stalemated radioactive man
stalemated sentry in a short scuffle
stalemated wonder man and ares together(he basically won.they were getting their asses kicked)
beat abomination
beat savage hulk twice
stalemate with an edge to namor vs beta ray bill.......on land(in a rain.Thor Corps #2)
beat an invaders team, ben grimm, mister fantastic, johnny storm and stalemated hulk one after another on land.
