It depends on what you consider Skyfather.

If you have to be at Odin's level to be skyfather than Thanos isn't, but Odin is pretty much the standard for the strongest skyfather.

No one here is anywhere close to powerful enough to own the destroyer outright. Only RKT has ever been shown to do it. It's an empty suit with nothing inside to damage, and Whatever it's made of is stronger than adamantium OR uru, it doesn't feel pain, won't tire out, and for all intents and purposes can fight indefinitely.

you'd have to attack the host body to defeat it, and no one specified exactly where that was.

Destroyer wins after everyone else is beaten to a bloody pulp fighting each other.

To me, Marvel's Odin is above any one member of DC's Quintessence.
