Thanos has shields strong enough to hold back a power gem enhanced champion- the same one that one shotted a planet into dust once those shields were let up.

Hercules, Thor, and Sentry are not on that strength level- shields can and will keep the bricks in their place.

Thanos can teleport himself or others at his leisure, with AND without tech. (though doing it without tech is unpleasant and requires concentration.)

Cap, Hercules, Forgotten one, Iron Man, Ares, and Warbird would be IMMEDIATELY KOed or killed should Thanos teleport them into deep space, a black hole, or the middle of the sun.

Sersi, Quasar, Sentry, and Thor could survive this and/or teleport themselves back BUT

1.) Thanos has already fought Thor and has the means to immobilize and/or restrain him. remember, "blood and thunder" thor was a LOT more powerful than current thor is by virtue of the power gem.

2.)Photon and Quasar's energy output and attacks are <<<< surfer. (I'm assuming this is monica rambeau "photon", since genis was never an avenger.) Thanos' durability is high enough to flat out ignore energy assaults from heralds. These two are bush league in comparison.

3.)This leaves Sentry and Sersi. Sersi has high matter manipulation feats, but less than Thanos and less than Surfer. Her durability is also not very high, and should she have to teleport herself back from a BFR, she'll be disoriented and in pain for a good while.

Sentry is in the best position out of all of the above, but frankly an all out battle vs. someone that ODIN couldn't put down doesn't bode well for him- he had trouble with WWH, and Thanos at his best is WWH+ incredible matter and energy manipulation skills and a much, MUCH better strategist.

Thanos is simply way too durable for this team. A single omni directional blast would kill alot of them. And those still alive would be unable to take
him down.

While Thanos has beaten Thor, it's never been an easy task for him to do so. Add the rest of the Avengers and it's a stomp...especially without prep.

Already kicked Thor's butt.

Thanos 5/10 on a bad day, 7/10 if he's determined to win.

Is Thanos allowed to run away and get tech or is this a straight up fight? Anyway, it should be pointed out that both teams have someone who can do that.

Less than Surfer, yes. But less than Thanos? Without CC/IG/HOTI involved does Thanos have any matter manipulation feats even remotely approaching Sersi's? I've read probably all of Thanos's appearances (though most not any time recently) but I don't remember any offhand. This has been asked before but I don't think anyone gave examples. Isn't Sersi's MM > any other Eternal's because she is a specialist?
