o wait didn't red hulk just break hulk's arm easily and then two issues later Hulk pretty much one shotted red hulk so hmm. Since this is also WB Hulk who could have destroyed the world with a footstep easily i'd say HUlk 6/10 even though H/P Doomsday is uber bad ass because they would stale mate until Bruce figured out what to do to permanently kill him

O wait......this is not Rulk or Green Hulk. This is WB Hulk we are talking about here, thus those feats are not included.

This is WB hulk who was wrecking the eastern seaboard with casual footsteps and was projecting energy that was destroying New York city. His strength was growing at an uncontrollable rate.
His punches would certainly be harder than Doomsdays. His energy projection would also help him avert any blitz. However cuz doomsday cant die by physical means it will probably be a stalemate.
energy projection didn't affect H/P DD at all.
Plus, IMO Doomsday punching at superhuman speed is a much harder hit.
its like a meteor hitting the earth at 1000 mph instead of 100 mph...

Add to that that his "footstep" was more an energy attack than a strength feat:
Doomsday laughs off energy blasts and Hulks strength isn't an issue for him.

No it really isnt. The better comparison would be a meteor hitting the earth at 1000mph and another planet( which was growing bigger and bigger, hitiing th earth at 100 mph.
And that's my question: Did the warp core explosion simply restore the Hulk to his full might -- and then his rage over the incident catapulted his power to never before seen levels on top of that -- or did the explosion alone (disregarding the anger) make him more powerful than he had been before ever passing through the Great Portal?
Thanks so much. Keep writing. I'll keep reading.
GP: The warp core explosion made the Hulk stronger. But I’d say it was his rage over the death of Caiera and the million other inhabitants of Crown City that gave him the incalculable strength he possessed during “World War Hulk.”
AGdAV: Second, in the last moments, when Hulk released his real fury, causing massive destruction and blowing energy from his body, who could stop it? I meant, what heroes could stop it? Superman, maybe?
Greg Pak: With all due respect to the Distinguished Competition, I don't think even Superman would stand a chance. In the end, only the Hulk himself could provide the opening that Iron Man needed to end the madness.

and juggernaut never meet WWH in Worldbreaker mode............
