Imo the top ten would be.

Pre-retcon Brothers/Toaa/Thanos with heart of the universe.
Pre-retcon Beyonder.
Pre-retcon Moleculeman.
Living Tribunal.
Beyonders/HoM Wanda.
Jamie Braddock.
Mad Jim Jaspers.

Would have liked to put more in here like Captain Britain with the sword and the amulet and Havok and etc, but you said top ten.

This list pwns all except MJJ's placement. Ultimately I'd put him over HoM Wanda and Braddock.

May I ask why?

I revamped my mini list, and ...
I didn't notice I used a cross-over cat, and left out a true Marvel historical figure.

1. TOAA
2. Pre-retcon Beyonder - Thanos THOTI - Infinity Being
3. Pre-retcon Molecule Man
4. Scathan (31st century)
5. Protege (31st century)
6. Living Tribunal
7. HoM Wanda - Genesis - Alien Entity - Edifice Rex
8. 616 Jaspers
9. Matrix Merlyn - Nexus Havok
10. Eternity/Infinity (as one)

* note * ... A wielder of the IG, or the Sword/Amulet would definitely be up there.

^ I personally won't recognize 4 & 5. just can't do it. 🙄 🙄

I wouldn't either if it wasn't 100% canon.

I finally realized that the LT's bio does not contradict itself.

Because LT is currently the most powerful entity in Marvel beneath TOAA,
Scathan & Protege are products of a future 1000 years from now.

The list involves everyone ever, past/present/future.

I actually looked over it again,
and may have to make another change after thinking things through a bit.

Time has no meaning to the LT. Sow currently means nothing to him. Unless the LT gets weaker with time. Which mean's the story has no actual power level to gage. Especially since the LT had to use an outside power up.

But Time does have meaning in the Marvel Universe,
so if LT is the most powerful entity in 2008,
then that will be so until at-least the year 3154.

Nah.

Humanoids become more powerful with time though.

That's an event that in prime Marvel canon time hasn't happened yet,
and will not for another 1000 plus years.

Meh, at some point in the future,
Humanity will become Gods, self-contained Eternities,
where the alpha & omega are dictated by Mankind.

Scathan isn't humanoid. So if the LT's power levels are determined by the time frame then................?????????. 😱

Scathan was sent to deal with a Humanoid who touched a potential prematurely.

Protege birth was manipulated, he was created to be born as God.

Indeed, he became something of the sort,
as he was able to copy the LT's power,
and nearly usurp his position all together.

This is why seasoned Marvel cosmo readers have come to the conclusion,
that Scathan was in some unknown way, an agent of TOAA with a specific purpose.

Tis still isn't a fact of course,
but it's the most sensible explanation.

=======================

(TOAA)

Creates everything that takes place on panel. God, of all Marvel Gods.

=======================

... Now, a list of TOAA's most powerful creations on panel ...

=======================

Originally,
the Marvel Universe was an ever expanding infinite Multiverse,
the "God/Creator" (on panel) of the Marvel Universe was the Infinity Being,
then Sise-Neg was able to become another God called Genesis,
and so he was able to re-create the same Marvel Universe anew.

Incredibly, we later learn, that this ever expanding infinite Multiverse,
was like a drop of water,
next to an ocean of a reality (Beyond Realm) that encompassed everything beyond it.

In 1984, the Beyonder was created/introduced by TOAA.

(Pre-retcon Beyonder)

Millions of times more powerful than everything/anything combined in the Marvel Universe.

...................................................

(The Heart of the Infinite) ... 2003

The Supreme power (God) withIN the Marvel Universe.

=======================

(Pre-retcon Molecule Man) ... 1984-88

The most human being ever on panel,
at one point controlled all time-space and matter,
even became the most powerful being, above even the Abstracts like the LT.

=======================

These beings below have been as being above "Gods" or "God-like" figures ...

=======================

(Scathan)

In the 31st Century ... proved to be more powerful than the LT.

...................................................

(Protege)

In the 31st Century ...

... can, on the instant fly, copy the powers of any being/entity ... even the LT's.

...................................................

(The Living Tribunal)

... The most powerful entity at-least until the 31st century.

=======================

These beings below have been/and or become "God" or "God-like" ...

- in no particular order -

=======================

(The Infinity Being) ... 1991

Creator of the Marvel Universe, and Infinity Gems.

...................................................

(Genesis) ... 1972

Re-initiated the original Big Bang to re-created the Marvel Universe.

...................................................

(Alien Entity) ... 2006

Re-initiated the original Big Bang to re-created the Marvel Universe, merged with the Big Bang.

...................................................

(HOM Wanda) ... 2005

Remade 616 in her image, morphed the entire Marvel Universe tearing it to pieces,
then she put it all back with a thought, after nullifying the Mutant gene across 90% of the race.

...................................................

(Edifice Rex) ... 1991

Confronted the cosmic hierarchy, they were nothing to him,
he was going to force everything in_ the Marvel Universe back into the cosmic egg,
and then "maybe put the egg on a nice marble pedestal" ... lol ...
we know this is true from the reaction of the hierarchy when he suggested doing it.

...................................................

(616 Jaspers) ... 1983 ... official re-print 1995

Remade and even became the 616 reality, but far beyond this,
is the fact that even the far weaker Jaspers 238 was more powerful than Merlyn,
and that alone says it it all.
Also, Cobweb saw a possible alternate future
where Jaspers wasn't stopped by his plot device (Fury)
in that scenario, Jaspers cancelled the entire omniverse.
Jaspers was going to destroy the omniverse again, just last year,
and once again, only the Fury seemed to have his number.

...................................................

(Jamie Braddock) ... early 90's

Toying with entire Universes with dolls from withIN other separate Universes,
able to create most of a Universe from nothing,
effortlessly warping the white hot room, withstanding omniversal scale attacks unharmed,
manipulating events across the omniverse.

...................................................

(Matrix Merlyn) ... 1983 ... official re-print 1995

Created Otherworld (pan-dimensional Universe)
created the Starlight Citadel (omniversal nexus, it can also obliterate universes)
created the CN (can erase any universe in the omniverse)
placed the life-force of omniversal time-space within tiny crystals,
in order for the CN to function.

...................................................

(Nexus Havok) ... 2001

Became the embodiment of the omniversal Nexus of all realities,
as such, had literal power over all creation.

...................................................

(Abraxas) ... 2001

Embodiment of destruction, his mere presence collapses UniverseS without effort,
the infinite power of the prime Multiverse (Eternity/Infinity) could not touch him.

...................................................

(Eternity/Infinity) ... always

Embodiment of all that was, is and ever will be in the Marvel Universe,
their consciousness extends only across the trans-infinite Multiverse though.

...................................................

(The BeyonderS) ... 1994

A minute fraction of their energy creates Cosmic Containment Units,
CCU has been called "God in a box" ...
Thanos became the 616 Reality with one CCU,
Dooom/RedSkrull/Magneto, used one CCU to create three entire Universes,
which the same Cube stacked on top of 616, merging all 4 Universes as one,
this caused an imbalance that nearly collapsed the Omniverse, Roma interfered.

=======================

This is all IMO, based on what I've seen/read in Marvel Comics. 🙂

Sorry i didn't get back to this sooner, I forgot all about this thread.

I'd ultimately put MJJ (616) above HoM Wanda and Braddock because, in regards to HoM Wanda, she never really had full control over her powers. While we know that MJJ was fully capable of the same thing HoM Wanda is and we also know that he had complete control over himself and his power. It was said that his powers we're growing exponentially and that if he wasn't stopped we would've erased everything, all realities.

In regards to Braddock, Mr M. said it best when he said that while MJJ is insane, there was still some reason there. Braddock was completely unreasonable.

This is all IMO anyway.

You went to a lot of trouble to type that. And even went back to edit it. This is why you obviously can't leave kmc. You need it. It's like crack to you. You NEED to waste your time. Otherwise, who's going to waste it for you?

This is the very conclusion I came to after I read the story. I thought about it after I read the part where they're waiting to get going and the LT says something like "I await the arrival of the Approver". When I discuss the story with folks who still don't buy the whole Scathan/Protege thing they ignore that, stating that it's meaningless.

I look at it like TOAA told the LT he was sending someone to help and he'll be there shortly. Surely if Scathan was nothing more than a lowly Celestial the LT would've snapped his fingers and had him appear there whenever he wanted him there, especially considering they're dealing with a threat to the entire multiverse.

What could a Celestial be doing that's so important that he could make the LT wait and the LT would be ok with it?
