Herbie Popnecker!?

I dunno know much about his background but Dark Horse is making some kind of revival of this character from the Silver Age.

From the looks of things....this little kid could PWN3d ANYONE in the DC and Marvel Universe.

Forget The Spectre or LT. This tubby little kid has powers!

He's some kind of Majin or Imp.
