I still go with Namor, it was pis that king shark can hurt or break any superman skin*

Aquaman beat King Shark in a straight up fist fight, not using his speed effectively (which is superior to Namor), thus the fight relied mostly on durability and strength. Therefore, Namor, who is stronger than Arthur, if not significantly tougher, should be able to beat him.
