Without the adamantium, creed would just break his hand's against the thing iff he would slug it out.
All three of them have comparable durability though, Thing's skin just looks tougher but I'd say - if anything - Ms. Marvel is the more durable of the two.
Worst case scenario Creed shoves his arm down Ben's throat and rips it off. Ben chokes to death, Creed reclaims his arm, fight over. 😄
