Regarding the Surfer destroying a solar system thing, and it being with an amp - post-Annihilation is almost certainly that or more powerful. So it shouldn't be an issue.
The whole "10 rings = 10 heralds" is total speculation. The only thing we've seen Henshaw do with the rings in a combat situation is kick Superman's ass, and most of KMC believes Surfer would wreck Supes, too.

And uh, my first post - about absorbing the Oan battery, etc...it was mostly bait, I guess, as I was currently in a bad mood regarding some other threads. I'll give Hank more credit than that. I think he can hang with Surfer, and take anywhere between 4 and 6 fights out of 10. I just happen to think it'd be 4 over 6 more often than not.

The only reason he got access is because Doomsday wrecked darkseid and a whole poopload of his forces. Without Doomsday in this story Henshaw wuld have gotten oneshotted by Darkseid again.
