- Flamethrower: Bio-Volcano can emit a stream of deadly flames from its mouth.
- Fireballs: Bio-Volcano can launch very powerful fireballs from its mouth.
- Claws: Bio-Volcano’s claws and talons are extremely sharp, and are even capable of slicing through Bio-Armor.
- Tail Axe: Bio-Volcano has a large, axe-like blade on the end of its tail.
- Crystal Spikes: Numerous crystal spikes cover Bio-Volcano’s body, working both as offensive and defensive weapons.
- Upgraded Bio-Armor: Bio-Volcano’s armor is extremely resistant to all weaponry, be it physical or energetic. It is even resistant to Metal Zi weapons, it is nearly impossible to damage.

History: After his Bio-Megaraptor was destroyed in the battle at the River of Fog, Zairin was gifted with the newest Bio-Zoid, the Bio-Volcano. This immensely powerful Zoid crushed anything in his way, be it them equipped with Metal Zi or not. Zairin once again tried to extract his revenge of Ruuji multiple times, but could never deal the death blow before he and his friends escaped.
As weeks past at him at the control of Zoid, he started to feel weak and drained, and in truth, the Bio-Volcano was literally draining the life out of him every time he got around or inside it. To make things worse, the Zoid wanted to control itself on many occasions, often firing its powerful Bio-Particle Cannon.
As Ruuji and Ra Kan decided to form the Digald Suppression Army, Zairin was wounded by a powerful self destruct mechanism by Ron, but soon met up with the group once again at Iron Rock. The Murasame Liger and Bio-Volcano did battle on top of the huge Gildragon's wing, eventually leading to the Bio-Volcano being damaged and Zairin knocked out.
When in Sora City, Bio-Ptera and its Bio-Raptor Gui swarm destroyed the city, barely allowing Zairin and his now repaired (and lacking the life draining mechanism) to escape and retreat back to Digald's main city. Once there, Zairin discovered the horrible truth behind the mechanical soldiers, they were in fact, human souls be enslaved.
With rage and grief, Zairin turned on Digald, attacking the city with his powerful Zoid before Bio-Tyranno attacked it. The huge Zoids drew battle, but not even Bio-Volcano could damage the Bio-Tyranno. As all looked grim for Zairin, the Bio Petra flew in, gripping the red Zoid and flying it away from danger.
As most of Digald's human forces joined the Suppression Army, Zairin and Ruuji settled their differences and rivalry, allowing them to form one of the most powerful teams ever made. The two lead the army into battle one last time where Bio-Volcano made its way through the swarm of Bio-Raptors and confront Bio-Tyranno.
Jiin and Zairin fired their primary attacks at one another, and Zairin was temporarily knocked out. When Ruuji got nearer, the Sword Wolf and Deadly Kong doubled teamed Jiin, allowing Bio-Volcano to smash open its chest and reveal its Zoid core. With its weakness now visible, Ruuji slammed his mighty blade into the core, destroying the Bio-Tyranno and killing Jiin. After the battle, it's unknown what happened to Bio-Volcano, but its probably he remained to be a leader in the new, free world.
