Neji can use 8 trigrams so many times, as he blocked all of Kidomaru's spiders from hitting him. He would just use rotation so the fire style moves will be stopped in it's tracks. The fire style jutsu's are not that affective, and the only reason Orochimaru was hit by it was because of the strings around hem, Temari blew it away, the 2nd hokage stopped a fire jutsu, Gaara stopped his fire style jutsu, and Naruto screamed it away. Rotation wouldn't get near Neji. Also as I have said a few times, he doesn't know the range of his 8 trigrams.You guy's keep saying to me that I should admit that Sasuke would win. And yea..that's the point. Getting Neji to use Kaiten and use all his chakra on weak attacks like fireball.
Taijutsu fighting Neji is > Sasuke..But Sauske has more options. Like the option of making it a long range fight. Which is Neji's weak point.

Well him blocking all of those spiders has a point. None of Sasuke's attacks can hit him if he can block all of those spiders.
Rotation doesn't take up much chakra, and he would use it to stop all of Sasuke's attacks. We don't even know how many times he could use it. Neji could use it 30 times, but we don't know. And he could use 64 palms 15 times, but we don't know that either.
And I said already, Neji isn't going to just sit there and let Sasuke attack him. He will go in and try to attack him. And if Sasuke zooms away with his speed, Neji will know where he will be, and it will keep happening over, and over again, until Sasuke gets tired of running and neji hits a few of sasuke's chakra points and kills him.

His spiders are a ninjutsu. He could have also rotationed the spiders away.
Where does it say exactly how many times he can use rotation. The way I remember it, he used rotaion 3 times on Naruto and had alot of chakra left. And he doesn't even need to use rotation to stop attacks. As when Kidomaru was using his spiders to attack, Neji was just standing there, moving his upperbody and dodging all of his spiders.
Byakugan will find him wherever he is. When he running toward Sasuke, if Sasuke tries to use an attack while Neji is running towards him, he will dodge it. He won't be able to stay away forever, as Neji will adventually try to hit Sasuke, and Sasuke will use his speed to get away, Neji will keep doing that until he runs out of stamina and can't run anymore. He gets in range to use 8 trigrams 64 palms and uses it to defeat Sasuke. As I said, Sasuke doesn't have a bow and arrow to hit Neji. The only thing close enough to hit Neji is Amaterasu, and yet he will see the chakra coming and get out of the way.
