While the missiles and lasers are true, his jet-pack isn't shown for more than just leap-type burst into the air. Goblin has the advantage of heightened speed and reflexes in using his weapons, combined with a very fast rate of travel on the glider.

See, when did Grievous kick-ass like that in the movie, he seemed like a pansy compared to the Clone Wars cartoon series? Not saying you're wrong, I just don't remember him doing that. Those sabres would tear apart Goblin, but Goblin is airborne and highly maneuverable.

Except for that time he flies away with it after killing Zam Wesell, of course.

And Grievous was much weaker than in the cartoon, agreed, but he still stood alright against Obi Wan, one of the most powerful Jedi. That should count for something.

True, Goblin stood up against Spider-Man and his amazing abilites, that should count for something too.

Did you like totally skip the fight scene on Kamino?

I figured that is what you counted for him 😐

Star War-people own. Grievous would destroy Ock with his '20 strikes per second' (RotS novelization)- Ock's arms can easily be cut apart by lightsabers. Grievous- being able to punch a hole into a metallic ship, and able to pick Obi-Wan up with ease, also has the edge in sheer physical power. Jango Fett can simply nail Goblin with either a blaster bolt or a rocket, or at least destroy the glider. I think we can all agree that Grievous will mess Goblin's shit in close combat, right?

Correct on everything.

Maybe if doc ocks arms where made of cortosis then i think i could be pretty even if he was fighting General Grevious as for the green goblin he wud just get owned as Jango would just snipe him.

If it's a face off, Ock and Gobby are finished. Jango took on Obi Wan hand to hand and walked away, and his blaster skills are that of a Deadeye.

Grievous need only advance on Ock and slice away his tentacles or whatever they are called, then administer a killing blow.

!OCK NOW HAS ADAMANTIUM ARMS!

Lightsaber pwns adamantium.

Geeze, people.

Even if Ock's arms were lightsaber it still doesn't chage the fact that they simply don't move fast enough to block GG's 20 lightsaber strikes per second, or Jango's blasters/rockets etc. He's a literal nonfactor here.

And Obi-Wan would destroy Spiderman without much difficulty, so it's a moot point.

Ock would go down quickly. I can see Gobby giving Jango a good fight for a minute or two, until Jango shoots him or Grievous cuts him down.

Doubt it seeing how there are metals in SW EU that stand up to sabers.

No doubt those metals are harder than adamantium.

How would you know?

Because it's a universe that is far more advanced than our own?

Actually even though the lightsabers dont cut through cortosis they do still chip it off. Luke and Mara cut through a thin wall of cortosis with his lightsaber after a long while.

In any case, even if Ock's arms were completely uncuttable by a lightsaber he would still die in a matter of seconds.

If that long.

The Marvel Universe is as well, though with more influences of our contemporary one.

They are both fictional universes and Adamantium is undestroyable, I don't see why that should be overwritten by "Lightsabres are awesome".
