IMO I think JLA would win

Thor vs Superman = Tie
Ironman vs GL Kyle = GL Kyle...although the crossover makes that somewhat...nevermind
Captain America vs Batman = Cap because the SSS doesn't let him run out of stamina...I think
Scarlet Witch vs Zantana = The Zas babe
Quicksilver vs Barry = Barry stomps
Hercules vs MM = MM unless he decides to slug it out
Warbird vs Wonder Woman = Don't remember who Warbird is
Mr. Fantastic vs Plastic Man = Plastic man, but if we're talking prep Reed solos everyone.

If you take regular showings (not HOM\Avengers Disassembled with uber-crazy Wanda), average Zatanna>average Wanda. That's no bias, regular Wanda wasn't teh uberest there is.

That's what I mean. He doesn't simply "control fish", he has full developed TP effective against any being that has evolved from marine life (directly affecting specific sections of the brain, so "willpower" argument is useless there).
