Plus, it's all irrelevant anyway as for their size, they are only effecting 10 miles of their own world. If we take damage as what they can do, then these guys should still be destroying their universes in battles.
Also, Superman was regular size at the Source Wall, the Source was as big as him... I highly, highly doubt that Starlin took any of that into account.
