If champion did it Hulk sure can and this is not just one Hulk there are many.
As for Galactus , and Omega they both destroyed the shield.

That was a shield that Thanos wanted him to break. He wanted him to destroy this planet so that he would be stranded.

Hulk with PC will give thanos a Good fight IMO let alone every hulk ever lived it's overkill.
Hulk don’t have to be Omega or Galactus level since someone like Champion was about to do it
