colussus&rogue vs shehulk&ironman

stipulation:ironmans repusors are of line,but he dos have access to a external power source.

Iron man > Rogue in air combat and range. Rogue is strong, but Iron man has taken hits from Sentry & Hulk who are almost twice her stats.

She-Hulk vs Colossus will be pretty close in stalemate. Colussus, some has said was stronger & more durable then She-Hulk. She-Hulk has trained under Gamora & Captain America in H2H combat. Her speed/strength give her an edge. She also won against Abomination with smarts and MA skills..

After defeating Rogue, Iron man aid She-Hulk ftw

Colossus and kitty beat Iron Man and She-Hulk. I'd think Colossus and Rouge would also.

Thing is, Kitty can disable Tony's armor (like Vision did in CW). Rogue can't.

Extremis IM is just too powerful.

If Rogue absords Colossus power first or just absorbs She-Hulks, She Hulk will be out. Than it is those two vs. Ironman. So Team 1 probably wins with Ironman's handicap, unless he pulls some cool new trick from his suit.

Yea, like that, basically I think Iron-man is the deciding factor. If he has enough power or enough in his bag of tricks he takes it.
