Depends on what version of Moon Knight you go with as v.3 MK had anti-metal and adamantium darts which would be super effective against Deathlok

Current MK loses horribly

MK V.3 reflexes were top notch, even tagging and beating Spider-Man villians with no problems.

According to the bio Deathlok's agility is 5 times better then the finest human athlete and is reflexes is 20 times better then the finest athlete.

Vol.3 MK was becoming a high level demon, he wasn't a "normal" athlete.

He did alright, but he lost and that was MK without his enhancements too
