(Only one that would be perpetually orbited in 360 degree movements by cameras whilst string generic orchestra da-da-da stabs sound off as his theme, and his red eyes would be more russet coloured, due to the orange filtering..)

Judge Doom was his 'human' name... We still don't know the toon's real name...

And the look sounds fine as long as there's a huge explosion instead of of melting him at the end.
