Hahaha. It is funny how the stormtroopers only seem to be able to shoot who the script says dies. Star Wars isn't the only film that does this.

Maybe they held them down and two guys aimed one blaster.... and when they missed at one yard, they decided to put the barrel to their foreheads. Five shots later it was a hit.
