IIRC he had trouble with a powered-up Captain Marvel and the punches fell with the impact of small atomic bombs. That doesn't seem like much for a guy who's reputedly second only to God. Gladiator can destroy a planet with his fist, after all.
I realise this is an old post but was this meant to be serious the so-called amped version of Captain Marvel was actually being powered by the magic of every magical entity in DC Universe via enchantresses spell. We're talking thousands of times and beyond his normal power level and he wasn't to doing anything to Spectre he basically delayed him for two pages. Hardly a low showimg forSpectre since it pretty mich means tje combined power of every DCU mystic could only delay him.
