Shaggs
Heart of the Red Army
B was already far up the road, nearing a small group of travellers. Ignoring them, he cut off into the forest, knowing that the dragon flew over them when it had come this way. After he had moved deeply into the forest, he emerged on a semi-deserted road. It was deseolate except for a well dressed salesman. "You! There's no way that you missed seeing a dragon a long while back, so tell me where it went." The salesman smiled, as his teenage daughter emerged from the back of his cart. "I see that you have a fancy clockwork rifle! I will buy that for a high price! My daughter will put it in the wagon and get the money." B scowled and cocked his rifle. "I'll give it to you one slug at a time." He pulled the trigger and threw the daughter into the wagon. The man screamed and tried to run, but fell when two slugs pierced his back. "They.. they were close!" B thanked the man. "Still not enough." The man's eyes widened. "Wh..what!?" B pulled his daughter out and placed her head in between the spokes of the wagon wheel. Slapping the horses, they jolted forward, decapitating her. The man in tears and dispair pulled a clockwork pistol from his cloak and fired at B. The slug slammed into B's leg and made him yell angrily. Charging forward, he pushed the rifle to the man's arm, firing. The arm shredded and flew off. making the man shreak. B grinned and picked up the man's pistol. Placing it to his jaw, he pulled the trigger blowing the man's jaw to pieces. With a laugh he kicked the man in his chest and walked on.
