Sharingan Zabuza vs Time Skip Naruto

Suppose Zabuza would of killed Kakashi in their first fight and some how managed to get somebody to implants Kakashi's Sharingan into his eye. Do you think he would beat Naruto? Would having Kakashi's Sharingan give Zabuza every jutsu Kakashi learned? If so do you think Zabuza would of aquired Magenkyo Sharingan and how feared of a ninja would you put him at then?

Well since Naruto and Sakura couldn't take down Kakashi, Zabuza wins.

At what point in the time skip? Naruto right now in the manga would win quite easily but at the start of shippuden he would probably lose with out help from the nine tails.

Zabuza wins start of Shippuden, and would be a hard fight with current Naruto and prolly lose(maybe).

Yea,that would be cool. An already psyco ninja with a prissy boy,which controls ice, manages to get a Sharingan eye carved into his forehead,like a third eye,to make him a graver threat to national security. And no, I don't agree because it can backfire because everything comes with a price.
