they've already battled in comics. i guess you could call it a 'stalemate' because neither of them can be seen after the battle was over. however, infinite man had the advantage, imo. he forcibly pulled time trapper from his own domain [at the end of time], and threw him into a place which contradicted trapper's very existence [the beginning of time]. this action 'killed' trapper:
