Probably the most iconic, famous, and influential is...DBZ lol, at least as far as Shounen is concerned.

The only anime I really watch and adore now is anything from Studio Ghibli, that's all really unless something that is suppose to be stunning comes along.

The only anime I watch is Naruto, tried watching others but I just don't like them. Was a huge dbz fan for years but now I can't stand it, annoying and boring crap although it's probably the most popular anime of all time.

As for DBZ, let's face it. It'll be hard to completely forget it when it's still at least reasonably popular, if a little outdated. I'll admit I still find myself watching videos of the games as well as vids of my favorite fights, just for a few trips down memory lane (one time I felt so nostalgic, I watched almost all the DBZ movies on youtube in one night...Goddamn did the first Broly movie kick ass).
