So how do the 2003 and 2008 Hulks do agaisnt him?

...Going by that they both get punched in half. 😐

At first glance, that would seem true, but Herc's powers are inconsistent.

We don't know just how durable he is, shrugging off some spinning blades is tough, but both Hulk's can hit harder/do more damage than that.

His strength was also inconsistent, he had some trouble stopping both chariots, that bear took several of his punches before it went down and he had to grow (magic boosted) to move the continents.

Yeah, after I posted I actually rewatched the video, and you are right.

He is like Popeye.

Sometimes he can shatter meteors larger than Earth.

Sometimes he has trouble fighting an octopus.
