With the help of Nabu and Shazam, Doctor Fate imprisoned Mordru within the Rock of Eternity..
-Shazam-
"His power will be absorbed into it... He will be constantly drained and weakened":
----
However, Mordru was not absorbed, and his powers were not drained. In fact, he actually managed to gain a degree of control over the Rock of Eternity [an uber feat in itself.]
Through this 'medium' Mordru was able to to not only form a body using the walls of the RoE itself, in order to attack Shazam - but he was able to cause Shazam actual harm:
----
After becoming 'bloodlusted', Shazam uses almost all of his power in a single attack against Mordru.... An attack which Shazam was sure destroyed him:
----
But despite Shazam's best [and I do mean best] efforts, all he managed to do was release Mordru, who then leaves the all but powerless Wizard to face Spectre:
In short, even one of Shazam's most powerful attacks [from within the RoE] didn't even come close to harming Mordru. Uber.
Mordru owns Infinite Man, and absorbs half of his 'infinite' power [sharing the other half with Glorith]:
Though it was mentioned that Glorith had a hand in planning the power-absorbing scheme, it should be noted that Mordru, and Mordru alone, was the only character actually shown using his powers against Infinite Man. *cough*it's his feat*cough*
---
Per Vril Dox, Mordru/Glorith could have destroyed the entire universe, and all it's timelines, in exactly 5.8 seconds:
Just to demonstrate the type of power he/they possessed during this time.
After defeating Mirabai, Mordru becomes the new ruler of Sorcerers' World:
What is Sorcerers' World? "It's the locus [ie. hub, heart, nexus point, etc.] for all magic on earth, as well as other arcane worlds and dimensions":
As you can see, this includes realms like Gemworld, and even the 5th dimension. Mordru just came into some uber power.
---
Mordru then casually owns Zatara, and dismisses Captain Atom with the same amount of ease:
