definitely, the power the joker had in emperor joker story line was half the ale, because that's what 5th worlders power is. That half took down the entire universe because that was the scope of joker's limited mind could think of. But the ale is beyond a multiversal threat, based on imps are beyond multiversal. And then the soulfire force, puts an already invunerable DS at a higher level of existence in terms of strength & power which kept him from being nullified by the source.
the only reason orion could even fight him is because the new gods have weird father son clauses in their dna to where they can take or share eachothers power (hence grayven's omega force powers).
the heart and the ale would at best neutralize eachother, if thanos tried to wipe the multiverse away the ale could counter, it's basically whateer your mind wills it to do, then it would just be thanos, vs. soulfire DS to which he stands no chance.
