This depends. Darth Hayze will win the force and the all out if he has all of those artefacts on his body. If not, Haazen dies rather quickly.

We have not truly seen the extent of the power of Darth Hayze, but those artifacts certainly are working in his favor.

All Out, I'd definitely say Hayze takes it. That amulet keeps him from being physically touched period, and his Force Lightning took out four Jedi at once.
