^ Im glad they're leaving them out.. It would be too many superheroes for one movie otherwise.

Get rid of Captain America and stick with the classics flirt

But seriously, get rid of HE and BW and they are the same number of characters. Pym and Janet would need more special effects of course...

Pym and Wasp are the Avengers...

It's kind of random that Pym and Wasp get their own movie while being absent from the Avengers, it's like doing a Thing movie but that he isn't on FF.

FF squad is almost always the same, unlike the Avengers. So I have to disagree with you.

Hawkeye wasn't a part of the original Avengers, you want him out? uhuh

Somehow I haven't noticed that post 😂

I actually prefer Clint and Widow... Pym and his wife would make the movie too cheesy, imo.

I obviously like Clint well enough, but Natasha is a bit subpar for me. I supose they needed a female hero and without Pym and the Wasp, it was the best way they could find (Pietro and SW could make it too, but Clint is waaaay more emblematic than Quicksilver)

Pym and Wasp are as mainstay as you can get in the Avengers, if they've never been in New Avengers is to give that team their own identity.

They really couldn't have Janet and Hank in there though, as they didn't appear in any movie prior. At least BW and HE made a glorified cameo and a cameo, respectively. And they did it in movies that were watched by alot of eyeballs. (BW in Iron man 2, and HE in Thor).

It's going to be hard enough to sell this new Hulk, who is now the third different actor in 3 Hulk live action film tries.

The original plan was to have the Pyms in the movie -which only makes sense-, but the actor playing Pym in the solo movie declined the offer. So there is that.

Meh, if Marvel plays this right they could slowly introduce Pym and Janet as a kind of second generation of Avengers. I mean this is obviously a big cash cow and it would be a pain if they had to reboot the whole franchise once the actors get too old, so if they used the films to introduce newer Avengers who then spin-off into their own movies that would be awesome.

It's never gonna happen, but it would be awesome.

Does anyone else think Chris Hemsworth looks smaller in the Avenger's trailer than he did in Thor?

Not really. He still looks pretty massive. I wouldn't %&^$ with him.

I jus really hope we see allot of the dynamic of Tony n Steve as sort of co-captains for the team, no pun intended.

I jus always loved that about the avengers and how Iron Man was so smart n had the brains but Steve always had the heart n nobility for the group. Thats something I've always loved about the team but I'm worried Tony's just going to be completely overshadowed n replaced by Jackson's Nick Fury in any kind of leadership roll for the team. While I am ok with the idea of Shield forming the team I don't feel great about them directly working for Shield n even more so just making Fury pretty much completely their boss.

Maybe they'll come to cut ties with Shield and Tony will front the money to finance them a new separate organization independent of Shield.
I think I could be ok with that

Video of Cap vs two dudes in mo-cap. One looks like he has a staff, and the other some sort of gauntlet blade? I guess the enemies will be some cgi creatures, who do you guys think they? The rumor a few months ago was that the Kree / Skrull war was involved.

That would better if it was Kree/Skrull War then Thanos

Thanos would be better off in a sequel.

Hopefully Thanos is not in the first one. Save him for a sequel.

Ultron would be great for a sequel IMO. They could bring in the pyms and ultron in one movie.
