Not really. Every shinobi doesnt have to have Kage Bushin to be great. Look at Sasuke. he is getting along just nicely without it.

Sasuke never had an opportunity to learn it either.

Funny thing is. On another forum. Were discussing why he doesn't use it. But he has it though. To a degree. A) he saw Naruto do it so many times. B) Learned it from his brother when they were younger. C) He also has Kage Bushin Shuriken which is technically the same but doing it on a object

Hm. You could be right, I can't remember.

But Yondaime probably DOES have it, he just doesn't really need it, his own trademark jutsu is better, the teleportation thing(can't remember name).

imagine naruto learned and utilized the flying thunder god technique and couples it with mass shadow clones holding resengans.... he could take over the ninja world in a week.. 😐

Kage Bunshin is just a form of Bunshin jutsu, everyone has differnt types of Bunshins, Kakashi probably has a ton of different Bunshin's, water bunshins, ice bunshins, sand bunshins, mud bunshins, i'm pretty sure the 4th hokage has a few himself.

if pein has some of the other paths with him in the fight, minato's advantage might be lessened since the paths can watch each other's backs, plus the rin'nigan can HAX moves that it focuses on.

The only reason Naruto uses shadow clones like he does is because he is the only one with enough chakra to do it. It would not make sense for Sasuke to use it in a fight because he does not need to and it uses to much chakra.
