I like the first MBV but I won't expect much from a remake, even if it's in 3D.

It's getting a 2d release as well outside of America I believe in cinemas, or something like that. I'm glad because I can't stand 3D films outside of a theme park.

Maybe one of the mods could change the thread title to My Bloody Valentine 3D so we don't get confused with the original.

3D has no place in horror movies. end of story.

My Bloody Valentine 3-D has some special ingredients in its slasher recipe. These ingredients include brains, guts, jaws, blood and various pointy objects popping out of the screen via some very advanced 3-D technology. The 3-D in this otherwise middle of the road film is so well-done and applied in such an over the top fashion as to singularly elevate the film into a solid piece of event entertainment.

Watched this last night, in 2D form, though the DVD also has the 3D version on the disc too, with two pairs of glasses, so will check it out since I now know where the 3D will work best in the film. It's dodgy for the most part, but I prefered it over the original from the 80s.

I think horror movies looks good in 3D tooo......

I've just ordered the score music for this film, another film where I have enjoyed the music more than the film, it's got quite a good music score for the remake.
