No Thor greatest feet was not the moon. That was his first feet using it in battle. With no experience.

But Thor is his little time as a leader became as bad as hitler and enslaved the world and kill off all the hero's
Odin kept the gods inline and Odin was not allowed to get involved with earth nor his people b/c of the pact the skyfathers had.
That Thor broke and caused the other gods to step in.
