I would argue that the topic states "without powers" not "unaltered." "Unaltered" could mean a huge variety of things- Batman, for instance, has no powers, but he was certainly "altered" by the death of his parents to push himself to the heights he reached.
The original poster never states that "alteration" is a condition of the question.
Thus, in my opinion "altered" but "unpowered" individuals.... Captain America, Dr. Strange, Dr. Doom..... do count towards the question.
