Not that she is faster than it, Tayuya's Genjutsu requires a constant stream of sound to be able to affect you, Temari just severed the "stream."

Does that mean she can react faster than sound? No.

How do you "reflect sound" if it moves faster than you can attack?

"deflecting a blaster" with your lightsaber requires you to be able to move your lightsaber fast enough to deflect it.

As you can see from the scans, Tayuya attacked first, and Temari swung her fan and launched her attack before Tayuya's attack could even reach her.

sasuke didnt gain any skillz between then and his batle at the final valley against naruto (which he won)

And he was loosing to kyuubi Naruto without them..Which Naruto had during the Chunnin Exams to use. No 1-tail, no third wheel, and no cursed seal 2 and Sasuke would loose. And he got cursed seal 2 before the fight. That's why he was in the barrel.

the curse seal was the only reason he did lose to gaara, that and gaara's transformation, which wouldnt have activated during the 3rd exam because sasuke stopped it.

Because Gaara couldn't have just transformed during the Sasuke/Gaara fight like he does when Sasuke caught up?

And he lost because Gaara went from somebody who sits still, and controls sand to somebody that moves fast, and attacks himself. Sasuke was already beaten before he used cursed seal cause nothing he could do was going to work.

You act like Gaara would be defenseless. Sasuke would still have to deal with the sand protecting Gaara because it's powered by Shukaku not Gaara, and it's not like it took Gaara that long to recover.

well its not like sasuke couldnt get past the sand anyway.
without the sand cocoon, gaara would die in one more hit.

Sasuke can get around the sand but he'd have some trouble just like he did the first time. Which would give Gaara enough time to get over the shock and all that. Sasuke's only chance to kill him would to do another chidori..and that would give Gaara even more time to recover and change.

Technicaly the final fight was Gaara vs Naruto which was a draw, every one else who was in the exam after Orochimaru made his move could do nothing but watch Naruto and Gaara fight or was slowly dieing (Shino). However if it had continued as normal Sasuke probably would of won.
