I may be confusing the weakness, but didn't Supes survive a nuclear explosion while being exposed to kryptonite in an island.

Kind of hard to keep track of his feats with that jumbo sized thread of his.

So u somehow know what writers are thinking lol, look at supes gradual upgrade in the last couple of years and tell me the writers arent trying to make him ubber again. This "version"of supes is the way he should be IMO.
