RKT and easily. No bias involved, both are my fav characters. Strange cuts loose with any spell or paraphernalia he likes and barely gets RKT's attention. Strange drinks himself some Zom elixier. RKT pulls the exact same Mangog trick and separates the Zom possession from Strange. RKT explains the reprecussions of the two of them fighting and possible killing each other and shows a vision of what would happen in the future. Strange settles down and they become best buds.
This is like a RKT vs Galactus fight. There's not a chance that RKT would fight someone who is clearly needed alive and well for the cosmos to remain "healthy". This is the all knowing unlimited wisdom version of Thor. If the Ancient One met RKT, he'd be the one asking RKT for advice and kissing his butt.
This thread needs to be changed to Dr. Strange vs any version of Thor except RKT. FYI Dr. Strange and classic Thor were long time buddies in the Defenders team along with Hulk and Namor.

Actually strange didnt beat galactus at all. What happned was that Big G came to strange and told him he had need of his services, strange went out and they had a little scuffle in which strange blasted galactus( the scan u showed) and knocked G back but hurt him not in the least( as G simply stops himself mid air), Also from galactus statement on the next page it seems as if he allowed that to happen just to test out stranges power level. Strange then agreed to go with galactus.
And i think Chaoes and order were deliberately amping strange for the in betweener fight.
