But that isn't Piccolo. Piccolo and Kami are 2 halves of the original Namekian who is never named- Guru calls him "son of [some guy who's name I can't remember]".

Judging by the opening post it sounds like he's referring to the Piccolo before the separation. Besides, the alternative you're suggesting wouldn't make any sense.

thats not even what Nail meant. Piccolo had gotten stronger by that point, he was saying that at the level Piccolo had reached if he were to combine with Kami again his complete power would be higher than Freeza. and Nail didn't know anything other than 1st form Freeza anyway.
