Yeah I've heard. I'm not really well informed about the world though to be completely honest. I tend to avoid the news and media outlets, which I suppose is ignorant of me. Especially since it seems that American news is like a giant gelatinous blob that takes over all the channels when it's election time or whatever. Gets a little old imo.

But I'm sorry about the fires. Hope you and everyone you know & love are safe.

Thanks. I'm nowhere near the danger of the fires, but I've started to help out the families who have lost it all. It's a bit grim, but I like to cheer them up anyway I can and help them out.

This whole Prop 8 thing has become nasty, I don't like that it passed and the protesting has just become bloodthirsty. At least three of my best buds have been arrested for just trying to defend themselves, I even spent a night at an L.A. jail, just because I was trying to help people who were hurt, America's great.
