I liked him because he was gay, but still a bad ass strong mutant, but then the Banshee killed it for me.

the gay thing is one of my half dozen reasons lol...

as long as they leave the 616 one alone, i'm happy...

Whats wrong with cyclops becoming uber, everyone else is getting upgrades, I honestly think that cyclops deserves it, especially with everything that has happened to him.

Yeah I can see why, but for some reason I have a thing for gay bad asses. I don't mean a "thing" but what I'm trying to say is...oh forget it.

It's like Batman becoming uber. Yes Cyclops is a mutant, but his only power is optic blasts, the rest of his abilities are basically human. He has trained to be the person that he is. He didn't automatically know how to change the frequency and force of his blast, he had to take the time and learn.

cyclops is fine the way he is, imo... he's plenty badass on his own...

Quite sadly, I don't think the X-Books have been quite as bad in years ..

pre-Messiah Complex we've had Astonishing X-Men and X-Factor which were quite awesome, with the Adjectivless X-Men and Uncanny not that far behind.

Now, it seems like they're pumping uninteresting stories (at least, for me), and some forced character moments to try and make some of the characters seem badass (like the case above, or the Storm moment in Uncanny 500 where she talked like a generic Silver Age mentally handicapated character) and fail miserably.

Should've posted the one after that where Emma thought he was talking to her and where he said acting like a mad man works.

thats not saying much dude... as for as the last twenty years goes, i mean...

it had some good issues, but as for being part of the saga itself, i don't know, at times it seemed pretty stupid...

By far.

Sinestro Corps War is practically poor man's Onslaught Saga.

How does it feel to be the black sheep of the KMC Comics world?
