Again Naeleth ignores his ignorant rambling and continues to speak to Maiden.

"Please retain the imbeciles of your group before I amass an army of Rakayats and unknown races and end all that he knows and love. Anyway you may continue to answer me before we were interrupted by such insufferable foolishness. You said you don't need tools or money, because you are used to using the environment, but what about everyone else? Do you really think that they can adapt so fast? What happens if armies of trained soldiers comes for you? You all aren't that strong to fight off legions upon legions."

Kiryu shook his head and walked over to follow maiden. He then looked back up at the man and laughed

"me and tsecti alone have fought legions before. with them it would be easy. unless it was some crazy legion of cosmics"

Maiden smiled as she walked. "Well they'll just have to learn."

Kiryu looked over to maiden and roled his eyes.

"can you just either get him to leave, or let one of us make him?"

"Ah yes they shall learn or die in the process. You all claim to not need me or anything of the sort yet earlier today one of you were gravely wounded and who was it that saved your life? I'm not asking to tag along. Hell I wouldn't even ask if I wanted to do so in the first place. Everything in this world is a business and all I have for you is a simple offer, trade, no an agreement if you will."

"kill him if you want. But I will have nothing to do with it."

Kiryu looked up and waited for is statemtn before he would attack

"What is this agreement?"

"Ah yes the old death threats. There was a time where I greatly feared them, but now when you're the king's right hand man, they seem to lose their weight. Go ahead and kill me, you will soon find that the entire nation of Alanfri along with its alien allies will be right on your tail burning the lands until you are found and killed. I'll see you all in hell in no time."

He says with a light smile and laugh.

"All I want to do is supply you money, medical aid, shelter or inns for the night, safe passage into cities and all of that. I'm a great negotiator, and I haven't met I a deal I couldn't pull in my favor. Just allow me to fund this operation and assist from the shadows."

At this point Tsecti decided to finally speak up, he didnt understand what this mans point was.

"Why would you want to help us in that way anyway?" he called up to the man

Zatri stood at the edge of the camp leaning against a tree, shaking his head the Rayakat had taken the wrong approach instead of offering his help to them, he had begun to discredit them and their abilities something that seemed hollow and laughable when he compared it with that the Skyfather trusted them, he straightened from the tree and was beginning to walk back towards the light when he heard Kiryu's words, slowly he walked over to him.

"Master Kiryu killing him would most likely be unwise, Master Tsecti and yourself could most likely handle the majority of what is sent against us while the rest of us can help but it will delay oure mission from the Skyfather"

Zatri's voice was low and fast, and he backed a bit away back into the shadows awaiting Kiryu's response.

Kiryu shrugged and sighed as he looked up at the half rakayat man hovering over head. He then looked over to Zatri.

"I know he's just annoying. And why did you just call me master?"

"Simple politness Sir, I'm not familiar with you hence I will not address you as a known person That is the reason perhaps later when we have traveled for some time..."

Zatri looked into the eyes of Kiryu not moving a eyelash. It was important to Zatri that he showed that it was politness and respect, not fear and submission.

Kiryu shrugged and began to walk past Zatri

"Well whatever, you discuss things with this pest. If you want to accept or decline him is all up to you. " He then patted his shoulder and walked past him

Zatri held out his hand to stop Kiryu in his walk.

"No Sir, as he mentioned himself I'm obviously not worthy of his notice only Master Tsecti, Lady Maiden ore yourself are someone he would listen too, added it with the fact that I highly dislike Rayakat would make my negotiations flawed in comparison to what you three could accomplishe."

Zatri looked at Kiryu and then shifted his eyes towards Tsecti, hoping that one of them would take over and deal with the Rayakat, that Zatri had no intention of speaking to again.

Kiryu sighed and shook his head, he didn't want to deal with the man either so he figured he'd just let Maiden figure it out.

"Fine, I guess Maiden will have to decide since no one else can" His eyes shifted to her.

"Why? Do I have to have a reason to be generous? I'm doing this because I feel like doing this, I need no reason nor motive. Who knows, maybe it is the compassionate human side of me. Perhaps I am only helping you to sway away from my king, maybe I'm just doing this because I'm bored. I think we can have a pretty fair trade. Oh where are my manners? Allow me to introduce myself. I am General Naeleth Kilvas of Alanfri. I'm a modern day renaissance man, I excel in negotiating, trade, tactics and warfare, translating, farming, inventing, banking the whole nine. Weapons break, and I have access to an entire armory. Soldiers get wounded and I have many healing items. I can get you anywhere virtually undetected. Also who knows what ambushes may lie ahead of you? Will the special forces of Alanfri not prove beneficial?"

Maiden closed her eyes and thought for a moment, thinking over the general had said and of her past encounters with his people. Eventually she sighed and looked at everyone carefully before speaking. "... Very well. I'll accept your offer, under one condition. You must run your plans and ideas by us before making a move... Understand General?" She smirked and quietly waited for his response.

"Yes highly understood, provided that I have time to brief you, I will inform you of all of my actions, however if the time comes for me to act and in a do or die situation then you're going to just have to trust me. Now that you have accepted my offer it is time for me to reveal your end of the deal. In exchange for my services I only ask in return for two things. Time and information. I would like to personally speak to each and everyone of in the future so we can all have a better understanding. Not now though, seeing as it is getting incredibly late. Maybe at the next stop. Also I will be leaving these."

He reaches in his pocket and tosses four orbs to the ground that instantly rise and hover in place.

"A little invention of mine. They will allow me to view your progress from anywhere but mainly my place of residence. This way I'll be able to see if you are in danger or you could use them if you ever need to communicate with me. Don't worry, they are extremely resistant to damage. Also take this."

He then throws her a bag of money.

"There should be enough in there to support you and your merry men until we meet next and then some. So let's put all of this racism aside and shake as honorable business partners."

The race part he said while smirking at Zatri.

She nodded and carefully studied each object given to the group. She didn't like it but they needed as much help as they could get. "very well. We'll keep in touch." She smiled and turned to move off into the woods.

And with that he takes to the skies and retreats back to Alanfri. "I lost track of time...oh god she isn't going to be happy about this."
