Zatri leaned against Maiden glad for the support that she gave him the leg that Tsecti had healed with casual ease was still relative weak and so was his body and mind because of the bloodloss he suspected that some time would pass before the leg and head was fully operationel again, and yet not a second Zatri doubted why Maiden was in a hurry to help Kiryu, that even given his extrodinary power, would find the Priest a extremely tough nut to crack. Zatri suspected that Maiden like himself was afraid of Kiryu simply being outmatched, both with power and experience. Zatri looked at Maiden and gave her the best smile he could build.
"Don't worry Maiden I'm sure that Kiryu will handle himself until we arrive"
Zatri tried his best not to make his own uncertainty shine through the voice.

Jez grinned and reached up, gently running her hand over his cheek. "I think I can handle it." She closed her eyes and leaned back against him, running her hand through his fur.
On reconsideration, Tig'lath, not wanting Jezebel to leave his side so soon especially on such a dangerous mission, decided to accompany her.
"I think I will go with you." Tig'lath said to Jezebel. "We don't know the extent of this Pierces powers. I am immune to them but, You my dear, If they get an idea of our schemes, could be in great Danger"
Tig'lath ordered Kydn'zar to take the Army to the Sheikzu City and either Destroy them or convince them to Join the New Yakat Empire. The later more preferably.
Maiden looked over at Zatri and nodded gravely. "I hope you are right."
Jez laughed happily and wrapped her arms around him. "Oh you dont know how happy I am to hear that. I'll feel so much safer now that you're with me.... And I also have this amulet you gave me to protect me from Magic.." She smiled and kissed his cheek. "Lets go say Hi, shall we? I think we can take our time. He'll be busy for a while."
A loud crash could be heard through out the temple, an kiryu was sent flying backward through the hallway. He crashed into a wall behind the team. Pierce slowly walked into view the markings on his body glowing brightly. He held his hands to the side as flames began to appear around them
"Well look what we have here, Skyfather little team. I knew he wasn't man enough to handle things himself"
Kiryu slammed his fists into the wall and pulled himself out of the dent he made. he walked back over by the group and his axes flew back to his hands.

Sovanna sighed, 'Okay come. let me take you to her, but please Repi let me do the talking. A man of your power wil scare the young girl.'
Zatri didn't object when Maiden placed him on the ground his entire focus was on Kiryu until he began to move and Zatri gave out a deep sign of relief, but it had been a lesson to all of them that Pierce was not in any way to be underestimated, Kiryu had from Zatri's point of view been lucky that he wasn't killed yet, but the eyes that Pierce gav the group made it clear that he was about to see to that, Zatri noticed that the new guy had summoned a sword and that Maiden had readied herself, Zatri himself placed his palms on the ground and began charging it up this was about to get interesting.
Tsecti growled and thrust his arms out firing a large beam of energy directly at Pierce. Pierce calmly raised his hand and the beam stopped as it touched his palm. He then smirked "You are nothing to me. and your time is up" He raised his fingers to his forhead and began to mumble something under his breath; once he finished speaking the floor below them began to soften and they began being pulled into it.

Kiryu nodded and began shooting cosmic energy out of his feet to start pulling himself out of the floor. Tsecti allowed himself to fall down most of the way before using his hands to grab the ground and energy blasts to force himself up. using his tail he held Xiana and using his claws clinged to the wall.
"I got you, sweethart" he said jokingly
Pierce smiled and chanted something else causing the ceiling to grow spikes and begin slowly move down towards them at the same time as the ground tried to engulf them.
When the ground beneath Zatri began to drag him down, towards his own charge of electricity Zatri made a quick decision, instead of sending it towards Pierce he redrew it and used the regained energy to use his limited knowlegde of Geomancy to stop himself from sinking further into the ground, he for a second thought himself safe until the Roof itself began forcing it's way down towards them, Zatri swung his left hand upwards breaking the spikes directly above him before quickly using his fingers to send forward small burst of energy that would blast the spikes down and away, however the ones nearest Pierce Zatri directed towards him.
After the days ride, Tig'lath decided it was time to rest. Getting off his kren, he reached up to assist Jez off. "We will set up camp hear. I'll put up the shelter and see that it is comfortable." Tig'lath said ,always concerned of Jezebels comfort. "Go and find something to burn. I will have it all set up by the time you get back"
